“In the Anaco Gas District we took active participation in the contingency plan  for keeping both perforation and reactivation of oil wells with an outstanding institutional and patriotic position”, emphasizes Saturnino Pacheco, Planning and Management Superintendent in  Anaco Gas District.

This New PDVSA founder points out that in the District all the workers joined to  morally and physically support the reactivation of the filling centers, the continuity of operations in the Exploitation Department as well as the opening of wells in operations for the production and rescue of the Anaco tank storage area.
Pacheco emphasizes that the Anaco Gas District workers especially contributed   to the recovery of gas production, which as a result of the sabotage, was around 1.200 MMSCF by November 2002, and in December 2002 was reduced to about 700 MMSCF.
