In Guyana Petrocaribe has fulfilled with its objectives

Caracas.- The Prime Minister of Guyana, Samuel Hinds, said during his participation in the Third Petrocaribe Presidential Summit, that in his country the main objectives of this agreement of solidarity, complementarity and cooperation with the Caribbean have been fulfilled. The objectives were to strengthen the economic and human development.

"Petrocaribe will show its advantages, since it strengthens the fraternity among its members: the peoples of the Grand Caribbean” said Prime Minister Hinds. He also stated that “given the fact that it is important that we establish programs for the economic development, we must also consider that human development is the first requirement for the social development of our nations. Precisely this has been one of the fundamental objectives of this agreement.”
